Who was Rumi and how does he embody our mission?

Rumi was a poet who believed in the growth and constant expansion of human beings. His poems speak of unquenchable thirst to know the essence of all things.

Our mission is more than simply creating delicious baked goods that happen to be gluten-free. We question conventional thinking and expand our horizons, using our new-found knowledge to improve what we do and who we become.

We are a dedicated gluten-free & wheat-free bakery. Everything is baked daily from scratch. Due to all of our products being hand-made, we cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock at any given moment. Please call our bakery to see if an item you are looking for is available.
